Occupational safety was a central theme of the state association at NORLA 2018. With the help of a mannequin, MR Eckern-förde-Angeln effectively demonstrated the self-contained equipment for climbing slurry pits and slurry cellars. Four of these kits are available to farmers in the country and can be purchased from the rings Husum-Eiderstedt, 

Eckernförde-Angeln, Mittelholstein and Lübeck-Eutin-Süd can be borrowed.
