All hyCLEANER products come with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. An extended warranty can also be arranged upon request. Please contact your sales representative during purchase for more information.
Delivery times depend on the desired products. Our philosophy is to produce for stock, not on order. Therefore, if interested, you should expect to receive the goods within two weeks at the latest (subject to technical changes and force majeure events).
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We place great importance on fast, reliable service and strive to assist you personally with any questions or concerns as quickly as possible.
Of course, maintenance for your machine is available at any time. This can be provided either for an acute issue/malfunction or on a regular basis as part of a maintenance contract. Typically, maintenance contracts are concluded for EUR 299 per year, with consumed materials billed separately. Note: The transport of the machine to the hyCLEANER factory must be arranged by the customer.
