The hyCLEANER solarBRUSH closes the gap between manual hand cleaning and fully automatic robot cleaning. As an electric, battery-powered PV cleaning brush, it is ideal for rooftop systems, partial areas, ridges, and edges that a cleaning robot cannot reach.

It delivers the mechanical cleaning performance of rotating systems – without high-pressure cleaners, without heavy hoses, and without excessive water consumption. THE FEATURES

~400 rpm brush rotation

The electric rotary brush reaches ~400 rpm, achieving the same mechanical cleaning performance as hydraulically driven systems – with significantly lower weight and water consumption.

> 4 hours battery life

The 36V / 14 Ah lithium-ion battery in an ergonomic backpack allows for more than 4 hours of uninterrupted work – ideal for professional daily use.

Around 25% lighter than comparable systems

The complete system consisting of brush head and backpack unit (approx. 5–6 kg) is significantly lighter than hydraulic alternatives – less fatigue, more area per use.

No high pressure – full power

The solarBRUSH 600 does not require a high-pressure cleaner. A standard osmosis pressure is sufficient – compatible with the hyCLEANER Osmobil system. Gentle on modules, easy to handle.

Integrated Water & Power Supply

Water and power are fully routed within the Gardiner carbon pole. No external hoses, no annoying cables – maximum freedom of movement on the roof.

Modularly expandable from 600 to 800 mm

The solarBRUSH can be modularly expanded from 600 to 800 mm working width. This allows it to be flexibly adapted to different cleaning requirements – for narrow edge areas, ridges, or larger partial areas on the PV system.

Up to 80% less water consumption

At < 200 l/h, the solarBRUSH 600 consumes a fraction of the water of hydraulic systems. Osmosis-compatible, resource-saving, ideal for locations with limited water availability.

The solarBRUSH is particularly suitable for edge areas, ridges, partial areas, and hard-to-reach areas of PV systems that cannot be cleaned or can only be partially cleaned with a cleaning robot.

The solarBRUSH is modularly expandable and can be adjusted from 600 mm to 800 mm working width.
