Instead of the front brush, the DIRT FORCE is simply attached to the front and connected to a high-pressure cleaner via a high-pressure hose guide.

With an impressive cleaning width of 1,100 mm, you can effectively free up to 300-500 m² of solar modules per hour from stubborn lichens.
Simple Operation for Optimal Results
The innovative rotor nozzles can be flexibly adjusted in angle to optimally meet the specific requirements of your surfaces. This effectively removes dirt particles forward during cleaning.
Flexible Application of the Lichen Remover
The DIRT FORCE is particularly suitable for use on commercial PV systems and for PV cleaning companies. It doesn’t matter which solar system you are called to clean, because with the combi-system you are prepared for any type of soiling.
The lichen remover can be used on surfaces with an inclination of up to 20°.

The lichen remover is specially designed for safe operation in combination with our rubber tracks. Furthermore, the integrated edge detection of the solarROBOT pro reliably detects every edge in good time. This ensures maximum safety during the sustainable removal of lichens.
High-Pressure Nozzles Without Chemicals
To effectively remove stubborn lichens from solar modules, rotating high-pressure nozzles are used. The nozzles operate with a flow rate of 20 to 25 l/min and a maximum water pressure of up to 110 bar. Consequently, a powerful high-pressure cleaner with a pressure range of 120 to 150 bar is required for the optimal operation of the lichen remover.

FAQ FOR DIRT FORCE
How many M² of Cleaning Performance Can the DIRT FORCE Achieve per Hour?
The cleaning performance of the solarROBOT pro when used with the lichen remover is significantly reduced to approximately 100 to 300 m² per hour. This is due to the stubborn contamination, which requires a particularly slow speed. In cases of heavy lichen infestation, it is often necessary to go over the same module row a second or third time. Furthermore, the season is crucial for this. Lichens and mosses are best removed in spring or autumn when the environment is moist.
How much Water Does the Lichen Remover Require?
Since the lichen remover operates with high pressure, it requires more water than usual, at approximately 20 – 25 l/min. To ensure sufficient water volume reaches the lichen remover, a powerful high-pressure cleaner is needed (120-150 bar). Excessively long hoses >100 m can necessitate more powerful high-pressure cleaners. The manometer attached to the Dirt Force should ideally show 100 bar at the lichen remover.
How Long Does the Battery Last when Used with the Lichen Remover?
The battery life is significantly longer when used with the lichen remover because the nozzles are operated via the high-pressure cleaner, and only the chassis and a maximum of one brush draw power. Thus, cleaning can be performed for approx. 3-5 hours without changing the battery.
Do I Clean with the Lichen Remover and Osmosis Water?
Theoretically and system-wise, it’s not a problem, however, due to the high water volumes required (over 1,200 l/h), the use of osmosis water is hardly practical. Our customers therefore generally do not use the lichen remover and the osmosis system simultaneously.
What Degree of PV Surface Inclination Can I Manage with the Lichen Remover?
A maximum inclination of 20 degrees is approved for the lichen remover. This is highly dependent on the local surface condition, as lichen infestation represents significant soiling.
