Active hose management and variable accessories

Our modular design allows the robot to be supplemented with various accessories. As the only robot on the market, the hose is also smartly managed by the machine up to 100 m, without dragging on the ground.

Maximum safety for people & machines

The robot features edge detection, ensuring maximum safety. When the edge of the solar surface is reached, the machine stops automatically. This allows it to be safely controlled remotely via radio remote control.

FAQ FOR THE PHOTOVOLTAIC CLEANING ROBOT solarROBOT pro

The cleaning performance per hour depends on the size of the selected brushes and the degree of soiling on the surface. With normal soiling and a cleaning speed of approx. 1 km/h, between 500 and 1,100 m² per hour can realistically be cleaned (considering setup times, turning maneuvers, etc.). If the brushes are operated in an offset arrangement, the maximum practical cleaning performance is 1,800 m² per hour.

In the standard configuration with two 1,100 mm brushes, the solarROBOT pro costs EUR 34,000. If you choose the 1,300 mm brushes instead, it costs EUR 35,000.

The purchase of the robot can be optimally compared with the losses due to soiling. Simply use our Loss Calculator for this.

Furthermore, it must always be considered what cleaning frequency is required, how large the area is, and whether you are an end-user or a service provider. In certain scenarios, the purchase is already worthwhile from approx. 750 kWp of installed capacity.

The solarROBOT pro uses standard e-bike batteries, which are already included in the standard scope of delivery. This allows you to work for two to three hours before switching to spare batteries. Charging time is under two hours. Charging is conveniently done in the supplied charging case.

The pro consists of two chassis, a control unit including radio remote control, a hose guide, and two brushes. Here, you can choose between 1,100 or 1,300 mm. Additionally, a charging box including a set of batteries (2 pieces) is included. Our standard leather treads, including a cleaning bucket and PAD cleaner, are also included in the scope.

The solarROBOT pro has a maximum approved inclination of 25 degrees. The surface condition and the current ambient temperature on site must always be checked separately and determine the achievable angle of inclination.
