For more safety and better results in façade cleaning: The semi-automatic cleaning systems from hyCLEANER® ensure more efficient work processes for your façade cleaning. This means you don't have to have the cleaning done manually or by external service providers for a lot of money. Instead, our façade cleaning robots clean a wide variety of materials easily, gently and streak-free in a single step. At the same time, occupational safety is our top priority: as the hyCLEANER® can be controlled simply by pressing a button, accidents caused by manual work such as slipping and falling can be avoided.

FACADES CLEANING DEVICE FOR HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL CLEANING

Both horizontal and vertical cleaning are no problem for the hyCLEANER. Our two versions, the facadeBRUSH v-line and the facadeBRUSH h-line, are specialized in vertical and horizontal cleaning respectively.

The facadeBRUSH v-line facade cleaning robot can be easily attached to the suspension of the designated work platforms for vertical cleaning work, making it particularly flexible to use. With the movement compensation of up to 1000 mm of the 1550 mm wide brush, even uneven surfaces with a frame or relief structure can be cleaned thoroughly and in one step with simple up and down movements. The facadeBRUSH v-line can also be attached to existing gondola and drive-on systems. Another application example is the successful cleaning of wind turbines and large glass façades. Horizontal façade cleaning with the facadeBRUSH h-line

Our facadeBRUSH h-line facade cleaning robot specializes in horizontal cleaning - because the narrower brush of 800 mm and a proportionally narrower diameter of 400 mm is particularly suitable for facades with horizontal structures. With a movement compensation of 500 mm, the brush easily reaches the depths of the façade structure and masters small differences in height, for example through frames, without any problems.

All water-bearing parts of our machines are made of stainless steel or plastic, making them particularly robust and durable - the result: long-lasting robots with low maintenance costs.
